Biography

In the course of her autodidactic artistic activities since young age, and working as a graphic designer later on, it was only a matter of time for her to deal with photography as well.  After all, she was surrounded by a world of images as she grew up with her family’s movie business. Yet it was her fascination for the greatness of nature that pushed her into the art of photography along a world trip from 2003-2005. Later documenting the work of Greenpeace along some greater campaigns in Europe, she so discovered a growing enthusiasm for photo reports. Moving to France in 2008, first photo exhibitions about sea life emerged during her years at Brittany's coast as also first Fine Art work while exploring Paris. Her work is from now on based on the main pillars Fine Art, Reportage and Nature photography. Back in Austria in 2013 she finally graduated as Press Photographer & Photo Designer, earning as a professional in the Advertisement, Portrait, Event and Press sector. Nevertheless, her artistic vein and love for the wild exert too great an attraction on her. On the one hand she continues to work on further Fine Art projects and on the other hand undertakes hiking trips to her home country mountains, devoting her passion increasingly to the force of nature. Eventhough the possibilities of earning in professional photography depend on the markets demand, this artist fully trusts her intuition, wanting to use her camera not only to create nice photos, but to draw peoples consciousness to what really matters in her images...sharing a world filled with beauty, worth protecting.
